Mister Truffle will never exchange, sell, rent or give away your email address or any other details to other companies. I can say this categorically because it’s just not cricket. I want us to be friends, and if any of my friends did that, I’d be more than a little miffed to say the least.
The information we need to get your truffles to you.
When you place an order we need to know your name, address, credit card details and email address. That’s it.
Credit card details are not stored online or locally on our computers. We work with Paypal who naturally are as obsessive about your security as we are. Paypal handle all our online payments on their secure servers.
The information you put into our forms
We hold details on our computers relating to the information you provide us with on our contact forms / via email. We do this in order to reply to your enquiry. That is except the credit card information in the section titled “Payment”. That is wizzed over to Paypal as I mention above.
If you do not want us to keep any of your details on file please
advise us.
What to do if I’m annoying you
Please just tell me, by email, twitter, Facebook or even pigeon post. It’s the last thing I want to do, and if you tell me, I’ll sort it out. I Promise.
